Welcome to the IDM Guru Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our affiliate program available through https://idmguru.in.

By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the IDM Guru Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Maintain an active IDM Guru account.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

Every customer who successfully purchases an eligible IDM Guru membership plan automatically becomes an affiliate and receives access to the IDM Guru Affiliate Program.

No separate affiliate application or approval process is required.

Affiliate access is activated after successful payment verification and account activation.

By participating in the IDM Guru Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, our Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

IDM Guru reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate privileges if an affiliate engages in fraudulent activities, violates these Terms, misuses the affiliate system, or promotes IDM Guru through misleading, unethical, or illegal methods.

3. Referral Tracking

Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies, referral links, and our affiliate tracking system.

Commissions are credited only when purchases are successfully tracked and verified.

IDM Guru is not responsible for commissions lost due to browser settings, deleted cookies, ad blockers, incorrect referral links, or technical issues beyond our control.

4. Commission Policy

Eligible affiliates may earn commissions according to the official IDM Guru Compensation Plan.

Commission amounts, levels, percentages, and payout rules may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Commissions are payable only on successful, verified purchases.

5. Invalid Commissions

Commissions will not be paid for:

  • Cancelled orders.
  • Duplicate accounts.
  • Fraudulent transactions.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Refunded purchases.
  • Fake referrals.
  • Self-referrals (unless officially permitted).
  • Violation of these Terms.

6. Self-Referral Policy

Affiliates are not permitted to earn commissions by referring themselves using multiple accounts or fraudulent methods.

Any attempt to manipulate the referral system may result in immediate account termination.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must promote IDM Guru honestly and ethically.

You must NOT:

  • Make false income claims.
  • Guarantee earnings or employment.
  • Use spam emails or unsolicited messages.
  • Bid on IDM Guru trademarks without permission.
  • Misrepresent our products or services.
  • Use deceptive advertising practices.

8. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information.
  • Following applicable advertising laws.
  • Using official promotional materials where provided.
  • Representing IDM Guru professionally.

9. Commission Reversal

IDM Guru reserves the right to reverse, adjust, or cancel commissions resulting from:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Duplicate payments.
  • Payment disputes.
  • Violation of affiliate policies.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

IDM Guru may suspend or permanently terminate an affiliate account without prior notice if:

  • Fraud is detected.
  • False marketing claims are made.
  • Spam marketing is used.
  • Our reputation is harmed.
  • These Terms are violated.

Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions where permitted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, trademarks, course materials, videos, and promotional assets remain the intellectual property of IDM Guru.

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials only for promoting IDM Guru.

12. Earnings Disclaimer

IDM Guru does not guarantee affiliate earnings, business success, or financial results.

Your income depends on your marketing efforts, audience, skills, and other factors beyond our control.

13. Changes to the Affiliate Program

IDM Guru reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program, commission structure, payout schedule, or these Terms at any time.
